The initial case evaluation is provided at no charge. Any additional service fees will be clearly disclosed before any payment obligation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FraudFund Recovery LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in New York County courts.
